Wow, Elizabeth, you have a gem of a property located close to town with lovely surrounding countryside. We arrived extremely late at night and you were there to welcome us, as tired as we were, we could not have asked for a better welcome. We had a wonderful room with all amenities and bathroom needs waiting for us. A wonderful night's sleep was had on a very comfortable bed. On our two days stay Elizabeth prepared a very personal breakfast for us each morning that was to die for. We left well fed for the day. With nice grounds to sit out in the sunshine or the guests personal reading room, adequate on-site parking. We wished we could have stopped longer but we had to head off to a certain Golf tournament that was being held at Royal Portrush. We look forward to returning at the first opportunity. This property was excellent! It was clean, comfortable and the little breakfast touch was amazing as we were leaving early for travel. The host was so welcoming and helpful.

Wonderful location. The Demesne is a very special place. You can enjoy long walks around it in perfect peace and lovely woodlands. The Gate Lodge is the perfect blend of classiness without fussiness. The host was very responsive and everso helpful but gave us complete space to ourselves. The garden was private and quiet except for the birds. The kitchen was well equipped for those of us who enjoy cooking. The beds and sofas were very comfy. The showers were powerful. There was nothing I'd have wanted to be any different or could imagine could be improved.

I mean it when I say truly outstanding! The most amazing stay with our 3 children, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Facilities are amazing, there is nothing you will need that is not there, the house is so tastefully decorated and just lovely. Beautiful surroundings, really peaceful.
