Receptionists - great all of them, ready to help, smiley, positive! Breakfast - really good! Enjoyed a lot the coffee in the morning. Room - pretty good size, clean, with spacious toilet. Other staff at the hotel - cleaning ladies/gents, waiters at the breakfast area, other helping staff - ALL GREAT! All of them greeted us every morning, smiling with a great energy, you could just feel it.

    We were lucky enough to have visited many years ago and I'm happy to say it's just as beautiful and special as we remembered. The location is close to public transport links into the city, and also easy to reach from the motorway. Rooms were very nice and spacious, very dog friendly, with a fabulous restaurant on site. Strongly recommend.
