The hotel staff was very responsive over Booking messages. We got a free room upgrade for our group! The room we got was very spacious and comfortable! They have parking and it is also very convenient to get to/from the airport and the city. We also got all the relevant info for our stay and how to get to the city and everything we needed for a smooth trip! Check-in and check-out were very smooth

amazing staff, mr. mwafi and miss francesca were super nice and helpful as possible.. great location which is near to major attractions.. the decor and bed size were perfect.. most importantly, AC was more than perfect ( we even had to turn it down sometimes , so feeling hot is not something to worry about at all! ) .. i would encourage anyone to stay here during their time in venice.

    The hotel is very comfortable. It is located near a bus stop that will take you straight into Venice. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff were so kind! Even though it's shared bathroom, our room had a sink inside which we found very useful.
