Stefano is a courteous host of the apartment. We contacted him in advance and arranged for a late check-in, which was not a problem at all. We reached the apartment by car, and although it involves navigating winding hilly roads after exiting the highway, it's manageable. Parking is available on the street in front of the entrance to the house, and there is plenty of space. The house is large, two-story, with all amenities and a beautiful interior. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric stove, coffee machine, refrigerator, and more. Stefano left us a welcome dinner with yogurts, fruits, and water. Our family of 5 found the apartment spacious with plenty of room for everyone.

Excellent! - location (micro): there is a grocery, butcher shop, farmacy, weekly market, less than 2 minutes from the house - location (macro): the accomodation is very close to Bologna but if you like to discover there are a lot of things and places to be discovered and visited as the accomodation is positioned ideally for both Emilia-Romagna and Tuscany wanders.     The couple who run the hotel and restaurant absolutely made my stay, they were wonderfully welcoming, helpful and fun. So much so that the few issues I would normally have (small shower, room decor etc) melted away under their charm. To be fair, they said that they are starting out and renovating as they go along so have plans to make changes to the rooms, which, to be clear were perfectly clean and comfortable. It was a great stay, great value for money, a lovely location and I would be delighted to come back and visit again.

    Beautiful location in the mountains, from the hotel and eating area you have a view over the valley which is stunning. We had a comfortable room and the welcoming of the owner was nice.

    After a busy Cosmoprof exhibition day in Bologna, this accomodation gives you the needes rest and detox to reload the batteries for the next day!. Excellent hosts, food and location. It takes 45' by car from the fiere in Bologna to the location (30' autostrada A1 and 15' drive through the Appenino mountains,). But the sunrise and the friendly hosts makes it worth to do it!

    Very nice and friendly place in a hilly area. Nice locality and good mountain views. Very good breakfast. Nearby you find a very good restaurant specializing in wild mushrooms and other Italian dishes. The restaurant is rated by the customers as the best in a region and we share this opinion. The place is dog friendly. The parking is free and easy. Good value for money. It may be recomended both for a short rest during long trp and for a longer stay, if you like to walk around and enjoy the views.
