The apartment had a nice old style furniture. It was very clean and confortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The owner, Pietro, greeted us very friendly to hand out the keys. He explained in details everything about the place and surroundings, but also provided us with helpful information about our stay in Italy. It was a nice short vacation for us all. Is definitely a place we will visit again.

A great spot for the kids - they spent their evenings playing with the cold shower in the bow of the boat, feeding the fish, crabs and swans. Wonderful service. Rich italian breakfasts, and we also got home wine for dinner (thank you Fabio!). On the boat, there is a tiny bathroom with a hot shower, 2 toilets, and if someone feels too cramped - there is an entry card to the closed port bathrooms (clean and spacious). Beds are comfortable, we slept 10 hours each night. TV with Netflix, wifi. Free beach just outside the port. There are some nice restaurants and bars in the port.

The place is located right in front of the sea and close to the train station and the "PALAPELLICOLONE" sports hall, the maintenance and cleaning of the apartment is impeccable.     The coffee is so good, the croissants as well. They have a buffet breakfast with all sorts of charcuterie, sweets, cereals, breads, etc. The hotel is right across the beach, literally 2 minutes away, which makes it perfect during those hot summer days. It's a quaint, family oriented little hotel and pet friendly.

    Cozy small apartment with all you need for a short stay. We were there for karate competition and the location was perfect, close to the sports hall. The place is clean and walking distance to the train station and beach. Parking is available for free. It is not near the centre of Ostia Lido but very convenient if you are planning a trip to Rome.

    I liked the panoramic terrace and the quiet and respectful environment. The staff is very kind and since pets are admitted in the structure, I could travel with my cat. The continental breakfast is well furnished and the breakfast room is cosy and spaceful at the same time.
