    I would definitely recommend it to a friend. Clean room, nice view from balcony, super friendly and responsive host, good value for the money. Great base location to explore the nearby beaches and towns. Plenty of space to park your car, and less than 5 mins walk to the historical centre of Presicce.

    The rooms were clean, we had a double and 2 bunks next to it with a private shower room. There is a big pool and a restaurant on site. Free parking outside the hotel entrance. Location isn't too far from the beach. AC heating worked fine. Slept well, nice and quiet ( in April) I think only a couple of rooms taken up.
