This place is paradise. We have stayed in Berbari for 1 day and the hospitality was in 1 word fantastic. Rachida and her staff are the best. A beautiful place quiet and so much nature. Next year we are going back and then we stay a few days.

Everything was just perfect! Our host Hicham was genuinely friendly and attentive. He met us personally, and helped us settle in. The little house itself is lovely and in an immaculate condition. The kitchen is well-equipped to prepare one's own meals and since there is also a big-screen TV, there is no need to go anywhere on stormy days. The surroundings are breathtakingly beautiful with lush pastures, hilly slopes and the wild Atlantic Ocean with its vast, sandy beach. The walk down the hill from the bus stop (we took a bus from Tangier, so the house can easily be reached without a car) is amazing. There are plenty of farm animals around, cows, sheep and hens, and many cats that we grew very fond of. There is also a little store by the highway (less than 1 km from the house), where you can get basic foodstuffs (water, bread, eggs, milk, some vegetables, etc.). Overall, Hicham's place is ideal for those guests who like some peace and quiet, and want to experience Morocco's beauty in a less touristy area on the Atlantic beach.

the place is clean, right on the beach, the breakfast is super decent and the host amazing and very helpful, it's a village so you have to walk to the main road to get public transport which is extremely cheap (less than a euro to get to Assilah or Tangier) Bottom line, if you're on a budget and want a quiet place right on the beach, you can't go wrong with this one!
