We are so glad we stayed in Milam Tulum, a dreamy newest property in the area of La Veleta, a must see trendy hotspot for those that want to experience the holistic side all in a unique luxurious ambient. It's modern style with wide open spaces invites for the senses to relax and simple enjoy as you let the friendly staff take care of every single detail, special thanks to our Concierge Aranza who recommended and arranged for us a lovely itinerary to the Mayan Ruins of Tulum and Coba and also a private shuttle service from and to the Cancun airport directly . Our first visit will surely not be the last, we are already planning and looking forward to our return.

Everything was great! I stayed in a tipi and it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend it! Everything was clean and neat. No problems with hot water or airco. Both worked well. The tipi has no bathroom, but that was not a problem for me. The tipi does have a sink and even a hairdryer. Location was perfect in centro, nearby restaurants and supermarkets and about 15 minutes walk to ADO. The staff were very friendly and helpfull.

We liked everything about our stay at the Kimpton Aluna in Tulum. The staff were excellent, always very helpful and friendly. We loved the breakfast buffet and the meals we had in both restaurants. All the food served was delicious and high quality. The Social Hour was great and very social, we met and chatted with many of the other guests. Call out to the concierge Eduardo, he gave us many great recommendations for places to visit, restaurants for dinner and beach clubs. It's a wonderful property, well kept, with great pools and lovely spacious rooms.

Beautiful place in the jungle. Plenty of wildlife to spot from the hammock. Staff and owner are fantastic and go above and beyond. Really want to specially thank Adonis, what a great time we had. I definitely recommend this place if you want to stay in a quite and beautiful jungle setup, still in a good location and distance to main locations.

Really welcoming and friendly people. A small hotel kept with love and lots of details. Beautiful lush garden, lots of privacy and all you need for the room and the pool. They kindly changed my dates, stored my bag, helped me with travel arrangements and useful tips around Tulum. Rooms are spacious, beds are good, showers hot. Coffee maker in the room and hot/cold water refill available. Really, a great choice!

The Condo was absolutely gorgeous and the team was super attentive and friendly. This place truly felt like our own private oasis and I wish we could have stayed for just a few more days. The beach and town center are a short ride away and all the new roads being paved have made it so much easier to get around compared to our previous visit to Tulum. We are looking forward to our next stay and will always check Ka'ana for availability first.

    Perfect beachfront, nice and quiet compared to another part of the beach, all kind of chairs and cabanas where you can spend the day and enjoy sun. Room was nice and clean, even tho it was kinda small. Outdoor bathroom was nice, we liked it so much! Pool was also good. Hotel is pet friendly and we loved to see dogs around especially hotel dog Honey was so cute. Staff was so great.

    Amazing Natural Place! Cool concept. Everything was clean, staff was super nice/awesome people. They are very dog friendly which is amazing to see as I travel with my dog Hoody (they are like the west coast of Mexico where they don't even charge for dogs - good people, chill vibes)! Location was good close to town and on the way to the beach! I will definitely stay again!
