We were very lucky to find this accommodation. They always meet here. And although we were only here for a day and should have agreed on a late checkout. But my husband was taken away by an ambulance during a walk through the city. It was shortly before the eviction. The receptionist at the front desk helped me solve this problem remotely. And then he took care of ordering food and a taxi, because we were late to the airport due to an emergency. It also reduced my stress. I am very grateful to Mahabur for his humanity and professionalism. In addition, there is a very nice pool and it is comfortable for children. An extraordinary view opens from the apartments. Here we managed to rest after a long journey, wash our things, enjoy the city and our stay. If I could spare a million points, I would. Thank you very much for everything. We were a family of four travelling on a road trip from Johor and Penang was our last stop. We were pleasantly surprised by the ease of checking-in and the room! The size of our room was huge! Two king size beds and there was a sofa bed to relax. The bathroom was big, there was a mirror light in the bathroom mirror, and the shower area was also big enough to turn around. The amenities included were also great. There was a huge tv for my dad to watch news everyday. There was a long study/work table with desk lamp for anyone travelling for work. Overall, it was a great satisfactory experience.
