Everything. We stayed in one of the historical rooms. Loved the old style decor and furniture. The staff were nice. The breakfast was great.

Staff were so helpful! Breakfast was exceptional. Loved having the Brew pub for dinner next door. My room overlooked the harbour and was so beautiful to wake up to the mountains. My room was very comfortable and appreciated having some chairs to sit in. It was hard to leave.

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities you need for a stay in Flam. Given that the village is small and restaurants close early, the well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing your own meals. The location is fantastic, situated right in front of the little port where the Fjord cruises begin. I highly recommend this apartment!

I booked by mistake, but since it was a non-refundable cancellation option, I keep the reservation and I must say that it was worth of 1 hr extra drive in one way as the location, the apartment itself and its equipment, the comfort deserve 10 in each of the parameters, I highly recommend it. Wonderful location, with new furniture and appliances, and everything was clean. There are two bathrooms with heated floors—both clean and well-kept. The beds were very comfortable, and the bedding was clean and tidy. The view from the windows was stunning, directly overlooking the water, with a terrace furnished with outdoor furniture.

Vangsgaarden Gjestgiveri is located in the oldest buildings in the village of Aurland. Situated on the shores of Aurlandsfjord, it offers wonderful views of the surrounding mountains.

We loved the location. The views from the cottage were absolutely stunning. The facilities had everything we needed. There is a bit of a walk up if you’re coming without a car or taxi/shuttle bus service, but it’s manageable.
