The view was lovely, peaceful location. Sweet little tiny home. Easy drive from Lake Tekapo. Recommend if you want a comfy, peaceful spot away from the crowds.

The cabin was as described when we booked it. The Tiny Away model is great. The cabin was still quite new. The farm and valley location was lovely. Farm sheep were adjacent and and their calls provided a great soundscape, as did the wild birds. The valley location was 10k from Burkes Pass on a track. In the other direction was Mackenzie Pass with a memorial stone at the spot where James MacKenzie was arrested & escaped!

My husband and I stayed one night on the way to mt cook. The room we stayed spacious . Suits both couple and family. Very clean. Will come again.

So close to Tekapo but just out of the hustle and bustle , picturesque location. Very cool full tiny home vibes, this wagon had everything we needed. The cute animal visitors were a welcome surprise in the morning.

Our stay at Mackenzie pass retreat was amazing. wWe always wanted to do a tiny home stay and this was just perfect. Beautiful location, easy to find , well maintained and close to other places like Lake Tekapo. We will definitely revisit sometime again.

The host was super kind and the room was well equipped and clean. What I liked the most is its heating system. I was coming down with flu but thanks to the heating mattress and the heater, I got much better. I was a little worried about the noise when booking since it's close to the road but it was quiet.
