The owners are a German and his Peruvian wife. Both were super friendly and helped in organizing tours and transfers. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was great, too.

Stan and Edith are delightful hosts- so helpful and friendly. They helped us to organise some riding with their friend and gave us great info about a lovely local walk to Pumamarca. The room was really comfy and clean and the breakfast was great.

I had an expectional time in the a middle of a beautiful landscape. The stuff is extremely kind and amazing breakfast. Defenetlt worth it the hike to arrive there. There are also multiple taxy the will bring from the Ollantaytambo village to there for only ten soles.

A wonderful place run by lovely people. Practically right next door to Plaza DecArmas, but set back just enough to be quieter tgan places night on the square. The owner/manager was extraordinarily welcome and helpful right from my very first enquiry and then throughout my stay. I tend to be hyper sensitive to noise and she went out of her way to reassure me and to put me in the quietest room. The place appears to be run by a core team of three women, each of whom are kind and welcoming and courteous and helpful, always willing to help and to make your stay happy and comfortable. The place is beautifully appointed and kept. Clean and lovely. Hot water ( yayyy!), extremely comfy beds. The airport pick-up was excellent, great value, clearly organised and went smoothly, and the driver was kind and welcoming even after having to wait around for an hour and a half for my delayed flight. The same gentleman later took me to the train station and was again excellent. Ollantayambo is quite a bustling town, so if you are looking for complete peace and quiet you would be better to stay out of town, but this is the most peaceful place you will find anywhere near the town centre. There are countless choices for food and drink within metres, and the famous Ollantayambo ruins are just a few minutes pleasant and interesting walk away. I love this hotel and I thoroughly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience this delightful town.

We stayed here twice — before and after our trip to Machu Picchu — and the owner kindly let us store our luggage for free. Additionally, you can enjoy a beautiful view from the second floor of the guesthouse. The best part was that both rooms we stayed in had hot showers. It’s also a restaurant, and I highly recommend coming here for dinner. Compared to other restaurants in Ollantaytambo, it’s more affordable and just as delicious.

Location was amazing, literally in the center but one street back so quiet, price was amazing for people on a budget but still want to be comfortable. Owner very sweet and accommodating and most importantly I felt safe as I am traveling with a young child.

    Lovely location and room. We did not have the same room as in the picture but it worked out OK. It did not feel cold and we had hot shower. The staff was nice and breakfast quite good. They are pet friendly too and quite accommodating They do laundry service

    Katty is a very friendly host! I totally recommend you staying in Sacred Valley and Chaska Wasi. The moment you step out of the house, you can see old Inca ruins, wow! Be aware that Katty loves animals (dogs and cats), and they are in the house too ;)
