Modern and equipped for comfort. Easy parking across the street, loading area in front of hotel. Breakfast with many varieties. Slippers in room. Very clean. Happy and welcoming staff. Beautiful view from room and its balcony (we asked for one that does not face the office building next door)

The view is definitely the main benefit of this place. Many grazie to Andrea, who was prompt with responses and very friendly. The location is great — just a few steps and two elevators from the historical center where you can see the entire San Marino. The narrow streets added even more vibe and authenticity to the place.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive – they truly made us feel at home. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. You can tell they put a lot of love into every detail. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended, and we’d love to come back one day!

Samuel was an exceptional person at the front desk. He was friendly, proactive in answering a question that was still in my mind. He greeted us energetically and had me and my family have a very positive first impression of the hotel. He gave us a discount card and advised where to park (at half of the normal price) to get off to the perfect location for sightseeing. Unfortunately I couldn't get the name of another very nice staff member who lent us her parking spot when we couldn't get one for our night stay.

Fantastic position just a few minutes walking from the historic centre. The staff was really nice and very helpful with any questions we had. The halls and the rooms were also really pretty. The bed was big and everything in the room worked perfectly. We did not have any meals included, but the restaurant next to the hotel (with which they seem to have a partnership) served amazing food for relatively cheap prices. This hotel is absolutely worth the price!

The views from room are breath taking. I liked the windows all around the room (and bathroom!). The room is super cozy. I wish we could stay more nights. There is an absence of private balcony but there is shared one. Staff was great! Hotel is a few steps from P6 parking lot and it's paid by the accommodation.
