This is a great place, in an old building with courtyard and breakfast tables on the rooftop. It is located in the narrow alleys of old town, a great place to wander around, the only disadvantage being that the hotel can be a challenge to find. Plenty of great restaurants nearby at the foot of the fortress, and the coppersmith market is a few blocks away. The staff was helpful and we arranged a taxi tour at the last minute through them. Overall I recommend this place highly and would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was conveniently located with easy access to transport. The hotel and rooms were clean and breakfast was great. Also would like to add that the staff were very helpful and pleasant.

I mostly like is, friendly stuff, clean and comfy hotel, amazing location, nice food ☺️mustafa (bellboy) was very very helpful and friendly stuff and Sibel (cleaning lady) was a very nice lady she was there anytime we need it anything , Novotel is my one of favourite hotel.
