It was a very nice stay at Olivia Guesthouse. The room was big and clean and we loved the balcony. We had very nice breakfast every morning and WiFi worked well. The garden and the house itself were very beautiful. But what makes it the most important is the staff! Christine and others were super friendly and helpful and made us feel like royals in this accommodation!

Amazing place. The people are amazing. The owner, Donald, is an absolute gentleman who goes above and beyond to a make people welcome and feel a home. The staff are so courteous. I want to say a special thank you to Leonard, Luizer, Clement Justony and James. Sorry if I missed any names. The food we have had has been top class. Thanks so much for the amazing hospitality. Excellent place to stay. Lots of tourists stay here and it’s very nice to see people from different places that can also give travel recommendations. The room and house are clean, the housekeepers are friendly, and the space is super welcoming and nice to hang out in. They have a friendly dog called Zeus (just don’t touch his butt area bc he doesn’t like it). So useful that it had a kitchen to cook in too! Can even do some laundry and dry clothes. We stayed here for 1 night, then came back when we returned to Mwanza for 2 nights. Would stay here again if I ever come back to mwanza. Oh just let them know if you’re leaving early so they can unlock the gate in the morning. It’s a secure location.
