The accommodation is nice and very clean. It has beautiful views of Mount Meru and a beautiful garden. All the staff, especially Zuberi, worry every moment that you do not lack anything. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. If I go back to Arusha I will book again without hesitation

The property is very nice with a beautiful tropical garden. Our room was large with all facilities, the bed was also large in particular the cover bed highly appreciated when the nights are chilly. The bed sheets and the towels were of an immaculate white colour. Everything was really clean. The breakfast was very fresh, tasty and complete. We also loved the dinner, which was cooked and prepared like at home. A highlight of this hotel is also the staff. Everybody was very friendly and we appreciated how much the owner listens to his staff suggestions. The owner who also speaks French, organized a city tour for us, we were very grateful for this as we could visit the Cultural Heritage Centre, the Shanga Workshop, the Natural History museum and a local market with a private way.

I truly enjoyed my stay here! The staff were warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. I was especially impressed by the quality of the food – it was fresh, tasty, and beautifully served. The security was also very reliable, which gave me great peace of mind during my stay. Really comfortable, big and clean rooms. Nice cute shared balcony with a sunset view. Toliet was sanitary. The staff were very warm and kind, willing to help at any time. Breakfast was awesome! It includes sweet potatoes, an omelet, a sausage, two pieces of bread, small salad on the side, spreads, coffee & tea, and fruits. Really enjoyed my stay. The spot itslef is a little further from the city center, and drivers usually have a hard time finding the right turn in the village.

This place is great, there's nothing wrong with it! We had a very good experience for a very cheap price. It's a privately-run place. Owner was very friendly. Payment was cash-only. Reception area was nice to hang around. Room was very clean with with a comfy bed. Bathroom was ok, with hot shower. Breakfast was very good and on time (we asked for an early one). Ladies making breakfast were very friendly. Location is also great, a few minutes walk from the Clock tower and around the corner of Maasai market to get whatever souvenirs you'd like.

It's quite a cool place. Nice breakfast, Izak is the owner of this house and can easily arrange whatever you need. And he does it for the good price. Also he has another house out of town where you can stay alone or share this home with anyone. And there you can walk wherever you want. Around the house there are always birds singing.I spend 2 weeks here and it was pretty nice. P.S. Only if you come to Msovi House you would get some secret special view point close to the house. There are photos from village walking, the bird outside the window is from a house outside the city and you will lose count if you start counting, and also a photo from a view point.
