The Outrigger Reef Resort was amazing. The hotel front desk staff are so friendly, efficient and caring of the guests. The valets are very prompt, kind and take exceptional care of your vehicle. I appreciated the professional, yet very friendly conversations the valet staff and manager provided throughout my week stay. The front desk staff were so helpful in providing me answers to all my questions on events, travel and a few needs that came up for my room stay. By my second day at the hotel, I felt very comfortable with the staff and my way to navigate around Waikiki. The onsite dine in restaurant has wonderful food and drinks. The daily breakfast is outstanding, felt like a high level chef prepared the meals and their prices are affordable. The bar/restaurant outside in the open pool area was amazing. Food and drinks so good and the entertainment each night was wonderful and so authentic to the Hawaiian atmosphere. Our room was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. Hotel cleaning staff were so kind and kept our towels fresh each day and our room was always so tidy when we returned from our site seeing each day. This was my first time at the Outrigger and I plan on returning in 2024 for another wonderful trip.

The resort is perfect. It is in a beautiful location, the rooms and hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff are all incredible. Slightly further out of Waikiki which we were initially worried about, but there is a free shuttle which runs throughout the day. Direct access to a wonderful beach, and the pool area is also great.

I had a fantastic stay at the OUTRIGGER Waikiki Beachcomber. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Waikiki, steps from the beach, shops, and restaurants. My room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a great bed and a partial ocean view. The hotel has a fun, tropical vibe and the staff were always friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and the attached café — perfect for morning coffee before heading to the beach. It’s a great place to stay if you want comfort, convenience, and a relaxed Hawaiian atmosphere. I would definitely come back!

Perfect beachfront location. Close to everything. Nice clean rooms, comfy bed. We had Room 122 which had Oceanview toward Diamond Head. Dukes is within the hotel complex and has great food and cocktails along with entertainment.

    We loved the location close to the zoo and a big park for walking. We really enjoyed meeting the various dogs and dog owners in this pet friendly hotel. Staff were amazing. We arrived early and got into a room immediately with a complimentary upgrade.

    Disgusting and very noisy! The room and beds smelled of mildew and animals. It is a pet friendly hotel, so you will hear a lot of barking dogs and will sleep in the same bedding that other people’s cats and dogs! It has minimal soundproofing, walls are very thin and your front door has an inch wide crack on top and bottom, so you can hear traffic noise and garbage trucks all night. This is definitely NOT a 4 star hotel!!! Location is convenient and staff was nice.

    The shuttle service was great and on time, it really takes just a few minutes to reach the hotel from the airport! The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. You can reach Waikiki by taxi (20 minutes circa) or by bus (50 minutes circa). We did not have our cat with us, but the hotel is pet-friendly, which is nice!
