We checked in on Christmas and they were very helpful with everything! We told them that we had 2 dogs and they were very pet friendly and accommodating! I would give the Hotel a 10 except that our room didn’t have any extra blankets or pillows. I am sure the front desk would have brought them up but we already called for a do not disturb sign, which he brought quickly!
