Good, useful location, close to the highway as we travelled up to Chicago. A number of restaurants very close (mainly fast food) and a Walmart nearby (short 5 min drive). Small swimming pool but nice option for the kids to use. Room was good and clean.

We wanted a place to stay to go and see the total solar eclipse. This place was about 3 hours away from where we wanted to be, which was perfect for us. The price was excellent, especially compared to what other hotels were charging around the date of the eclipse. Everything was spotlessly clean, staff was kind and polite, and it was dog friendly!
