I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable visit. What really stood out was the exceptional service from the staff—especially Daniel at the front desk. He went above and beyond to assist me when I lost my Kindle, keeping me updated throughout the process until it was found and returned. His professionalism and kindness were truly appreciated. Came for the Reggae Rise up concert at Vinoy Park..I loved that the hotel provided a shuttle to and from the festival at the park..the driver was on time going and returning..the breakfast was really good..a variety of cereals and teas and also the coffee is served all day..Loved that every location of the hotel had a nook or nice patio to chill...also the lobby area had a pool table and shuffle board..
