Location excellent for an early morning flight from.JFK. Front desk staff michael was excellent and got the shuttle to pick me well after midnight. A great guy. Hotel shuttle pick up from federal circle JFK was on time. Every half hour for 24hours. Spot on. Rooms were comfy with microwave and cooking utensils. Soft pillows too

Everything was perfect. Krishel, on reception, was extremely polite and kind. My room was near the elevator and very noisy. She immediately changed my room, which was quite and much better.
