The hospitality was wonderful , Jolandi helped us with everything before arrival. The check-in was quick and easy . The place is like new, clean and beautiful . It was a homey atmosphere far from home .. also, jolandi and Monica helped us with the early check out... every thing was perfect . We really recommend this place!

We enjoyed the space, the scenery and privacy. We enjoyed the cool evenings with the lit fireplaces. Listening to the calls of the animals at night and early in the morning is an immersive experience. The beauty and tranquility makes you feel like you are in another world. The contrast of dark clouds and mist looming over trout dams, green grass with buck and wildebeest grazing in the distance, creates a stunning and serene atmosphere. The house is well equipped and spacious. Everything is in working order with good water pressure in the showers, sufficient lighting and wifi access. We liked that our dogs could come with us. The staff are friendly and their service was excellent.

We stayed at Rueby's apartment 202 for two nights. - the apartment was very spacious and had all amenities you needed - the bed was very comfortable - the lounge area was very relaxing - you could either sit and enjoy the telly (full DStv, Netflix, Disney+) or outside on the balcony and enjoy the view - the kitchen was fully equipped - there is a lovely lawn area with seating under a tree if you want some quiet time - we took our two dogs with - there is plenty of grass space and it's fully fenced so there was zero worries - the host was very communicative and we had no troubles getting in or leavingz despite it being contactless -the water is from a borehole so it's very drinkable - it's ideally located behind the main road, only 2-3 mins from the shops or dam

    Beautiful Location! The accommodation was better than expected. The accommodation is a bit old but the place was clean and had everything required. The host was friendly and accommodating. We booked a place that was advertised as pet friendly but was not due to an issue on Booking.com. The host was able to accommodate us in another place to stay. The surrounding areas with the waterfalls and pools are absolutely amazing.

    Beautiful interiors and outdoor living, comfortable beds, dark rooms and use of gas was awesome. Huge and secure garden, quiet and peaceful. Close enough to town to walk but also not too close so you do get a bit of the country atmosphere. One of the best in terms of pet friendly and kid friendly with facilities, toys and bowls and plates for both dogs and kids.

    Great location - on the edge of town but an easy walk to local restaurants. Pet friendly. Kitchen has a small gas stove so it is possible to make tea or a one pot meal during load-shedding. Also has rechargeable lighting in the cottage which is also very helpful during loadshedding. Close to the dam and walks in the surrounding hills.
