Her customer service skill set is top tier which is hard to come by. She was kind and accommodating.

This place is amazing and the host family are the sweetest and friendliest people I’ve ever met! I will never forget the day I arrived and I got to my apartment. The view from the apartments is, the least to say, breath taking. Everything clean, the bed mattress and pillow will make you feel better than your own home bed. The host lady is a Master Chef. She will cook you the best dishes from the Albanian cuisine. I can keep writing here for ages. The guesthouse provides perfect parking, so your vehicle or motorcycle will be in a safe spot. Also, if you’re a motorcyclist(s) and looking for a quick recharge on your adventure, this is the perfect place for that. 

This place has become my favourite one, and I will be a regular guest from now on.

The spacious villa features a balcony, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge and kitchenware. Guests can enjoy a meal on an outdoor dining area while overlooking the garden views. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. What a wonderful experience I had staying in this lovely historic house! I had it all to myself. It felt very indulgent. It's full of character, cool and quiet. A true delight. The quirky little nook underneath the house was a real treat. It's incredible value for money and in great location. If you're driving there, be prepared to navigate some of Gjirokaster's narrow, cobbled streets! The host was very friendly, helpful, quick to respond to queries, and so clearly proud of the traditional Gjirokaster house, which has been in his family for over 300 years old. 1800's may not be to everyone's liking, but I loved it, and I would stay again!

The owners of the house are extremely hospitable and friendly. We got the best emotions from our stay at Isaray Guest House. For an extra payment, you can order a delicious breakfast with bio products, I recommend trying it.

The terrace and front garden are such a peaceful place that it elevates the whole experience. The owners are very kind and will provide you with all informations you need to explore the area. By far one of the greatest places of this size we’ve ever stay at. We can’t wait to come back!
