It is set 200 metres from Imperial Palace Innsbruck and offers a lift. The aparthotel features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. The staff in the main hotel were very nice and helpful. you can do self check-in in the main hotel building (above the parking) or at the apartment building. the room was new, stylish, clean and comfortable. equipped with coffee machine and kettle. the location is amazing, right in the old city center. we had access to the spa area in the main hotel free of charge and got robes at the reception. we had a great stay and wish we could stay for more than one night.

The wonderful apartment is extraordinary clean and tastefully furnished, the bed is very comfortable. The owner is especially supportive. We were allowed to ckeck-in earlier as usual due to an urgent visit in the hospital. THANK YOU VERY MUCH INDEED! We will definitely come back.

The accommodation offers a fitness centre, sauna and free WiFi throughout the property. Excellent room. Spotless, well organized, modern, comfortable, new. We didn’t know there was also a gym and sauna at the property too! A pleasant surprise. There is also a a fresh milk vending machine across the street from the local farmer. Wow!

Located in Maurach, 10 minutes walking distance from the Achen Lake, Arthur's Hotel und Apartments am Achensee offers accommodation with free Wi-Fi, a bar and a restaurant with a large selection of pizza, pasta, fish, meat and vegetarian dishes. We have arrived late in the evening and although a misunderstanding was made on room reservation, reception staff was very helpful in sorting out the problem. We switched the room the next day and everything was excellent. The hotel is quite new, with very nice and large and comfortable rooms. We have an infrared cabin in our room that we used every day after being on the ski slopes. We did travel with a small dog and staff was very friendly and helpful to accommodate the pet and daily room housekeeping. Breakfast was tasty, with a good selection for all tastes. Hotel has Venetia Restaurant on ground floor, which was very convenient for dinning out or order some pizza if too tired after a day of skiing. Free parking on location

Free private parking is available on site and there is free WiFi access throughout the property. I adored my stay here. The hostel is so comfortable and has a wonderful welcoming atmosphere. I extended my stay again and again, and wish I had longer. The team are lovely and helpful, breakfast is delicious and all local produce, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. There’s a kitchen to cook your own meals, a sauna, a great bar and social area. The location is fantastic for hikes and alpine lake swims. Can’t wait to come back, thank you!

We had breakfast and dinner daily and the meals were PHENOMENAL! There was so much food and all of it was amazing! This property is located in a very convenient location to everything offered and our room had a wonderful view from a patio.
