This was our final stay in Australia and it was 150% worth it. The place is very remote, relaxed, peaceful and in the middle of the forest. If we only knew, we would have stayed longer. This is a little peace of heaven. Lilian is great! We loved her, such a nice, one of a kind lady and host. We hope to come back soon and stay longer. The bed was cosy, big large room, great patio surrounded by nature.

With garden views, Ferntree Rainforest Lodge is located in Cape Tribulation and has an on-site restaurant, a tour desk, a bar, a garden, a year-round outdoor pool and a terrace. This place is idealic if the idea of being genuinely 'in' the rainforest appeals, you leave your lodge and walk through the leaves and the first to get to the outdoor reception and reception area. The air con in our room was amazing, brand new updated units! The staff were lovely and the access to the experience of the rainforest was so easy, we'd definitely come back.
