Guests must be 15 years of age or older to use the facilities. Hotel reception, doormen, and house keepers are all exceptionally kind and familiar. Even when the reception was busy with other gueats checking in/out, I didn't feel ignored. Doorman was constantly watching who was coming in/ out which made me feel very safe. The receptionist was constantly paying attention to all surroundings too. House keeper, Katie, remembers all her guests by names, and on my last day at the hotel, she greeted me in my mother language, Japanese. This had never happed to me in any country/ hotel before. In addition, hotel room was vast for one guest. My room consisted of seperate living/ bed rooms with superb view of downtown! I shall stay Le Soleil again next year!

Private parking is available on site. We stayed at Smithe House when we were going to a concert at BC Place. The location was perfect for us. It was a quick walk to the stadium! There was a nice little woodfire pizza restaurant just a few minutes walk away. They upgraded us and our room was fantastic... modern and clean with all of the appliances you could need, a shower with nice water pressure, the most comfortable bed and pillows, and even a private balcony! They were even thoughtful enough to ask what coffee we would prefer. You don't need to check in at a desk. Everything is done via text/email. We paid for private secure parking in their garage...highly recommended! Their communication is the absolute best. We spoke with them several times before and during our stay. We highly recommend Smithe House and will hopefully get to stay there again soon!

Great location, very clean and well appointed, fantastic communication! The bed was really comfy for sleeping as well.

The house was clean and comfortable. It was on the basement but not humid nor dark. The host prepared lots of welcoming presents for us. And all the stuff was extremely clean. I really love this place.

The staff is nice, everything is clean and easy to use. I arrived at 1am and it’s really easy to get there from the airport. They also offer free transportation to airport.
