The owner, Sophie, was very polite and welcoming. I arrived at PEK airport with no arranged travel to the hotel, but with a quick message to Sophie she was at the airport to pick me up in 20 minutes, at a really good price and a return to the airport the following night! My room was spacious and clean, with a comfy bed and clean/ smart facilities ( the toilet seat was heated!! 😁) All in all my visit to Beijing was short but with the help of Sophie and her team my stay was very pleasant and stress free. If I ever need to stay in Beijing again I'll be sure to visit the Lotus Art Inn without question!

The washing machine at this place is excellent and we were able to wash all of our laundry. The service is also nice.They helped us book taxis & DIDI. They also provided cleaning everyday and new towels everyday. I would come back here next time i visit Beijing :) Quality of the Service is very very good for the price.

The room was very spacious and lovely. The breakfast was excellent and the service exceptional. The gym was spacious and included all you needed for a good strength training workout. The hotel’s location is about 20 minutes by car from the old town and the Forbidden City. Taxis are readily available and not expensive. The staff were very helpful and efficient. However, their English is not as proficient as you’d like it to be. But we still managed to communicate ok.

Bed was comfortable and they give you 1 memory foam and 1 down pillow, you can choose which one you find it more comfortable. Breakfast was good, more chinese dishes than continental one. Also, they had water bar which has bottles water, hot water and tea. Staff didn’t speak too much english but very helpful. Manager Zhang gave lots of advices.

Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. the stay exceeded my expectations. both hosts are welcoming, enthusiastic, and down to earth. when we arrived, we discussed our travel plans with the hosts and they gave us plenty of helpful suggestions and even offered driving service. after exploring jinshanling the next day, the host picked us up, gave us a quick tour around gubeikou town, sharing the beauty and history of the town, then sent us to the train station. breakfast was authentic and delicious (loved the soy milk, 油炸饼, and 疙瘩汤). overall, this was a wonderful start to our beijing trip, with comfy place, thoughtful hosts, and beautiful surroundings. highly recommend staying here. 10/10.

Many thanks to him for taking us around neighborhood. Peaceful location near the Great Wall. We dived just for two nights into a village life, that was an unforgettable experience for us

The place is beautiful and very quiet. You can see Great Wall from the terrace. The host was very kind and helpful at all times. Everyday we were excited for the breakfast, cause the host cooked something different everyday and everything was delicious!. One night he showed us how to cook Chinese noodles and we had dinner together. We are very satisfied with our stay here.
