Perfect location in beautiful place nearby lake. We lived in twin room and it was big, clear and cosy. Various and tasty breakfast. Very friendly stuff always ready to help. I’m ashamed that don’t asked a name of a cute english speaking girl in reception. She suggested and helped to order a tickets of our trips in Zhangjiajie. Thank You! Also huge plus was free transfer from airport to hotel. Driver/ hotel worker was very kindly.

Jenny was an amazing host, the best we could have wished for - incredibly hospitable, friendly, and helpful. From the moment we arrived (which was quite late but she waited for us), she kindly answered each of our questions, gave us very detailed instructions and advice on what places to visit, best timing, etc. Jenny also helped us book the tickets which was great! We loved the room - modern, decorated with taste, and the bed was so comfortable! Last but not least, knowing that my girlfriend is vegan, Jenny cooked really delicious food and treated us to her homemade dinner. Totally recommend this place. Thank you Jenny for all your hospitality and help. If we are ever in town again, we will definitely stay at your place!

They provided a map of the national park and planned out an amazing two day route which allowed us to pretty much see all of it. Hotel is just a short walk from the east entrance of the park.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. It exceeded our expectations. They also helped booking tickets. The room has an amazing view. Definitely worth it to get the mountain view room. The hotel is next to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park which is very convenient. Only thing is that breakfast starts at 8. It’s a little late if you go to the park early morning

She helped us with everything, got us tickets, and gave us important information. She was always attentive. She gave us ice cream and a gift at the end of our stay. I highly recommend the hotel, its location, and the staff.

The staff is very helpful and kind. They helped us plan our itenary and book tickets on our behalf. The hotel also offers a free airport pickup by car and shuttle to Zhangjiajie National Park Middle gate. The swimming pool is well maintained and great pleasure to swin after a long day of hiking. From the pool you have direct mountain view, and by taxi it is only 14 minutes to the national park and about 30 minutes to Wulingyuan village.

Do not attempt to the place on your own as we did :) The owner offers to wait for you at the bus stop/taxi stop and accompany you to the hotel, which is only a couple of minutes away.

When we arrived, Steven helped us to plan our activities in Zhangjiajie, which is great, as you have a true local giving you the information of what is worth to see, and how long it takes to see it. This is something we haven't experienced anywhere before, and it really made our trip feel very personalized, and well planned. He also suggested some restaurants for us to try, and we would never have found them by ourselves. The food there was delicious! Everything in the city is close to the hotel, and accessible with DiDi, so you are never far away from anything, and if you have any problems with DiDi, Steven can help with booking them for your trips to the attractions. The breakfast dumplings and meat pancakes were also delicious. The atmosphere and the overall feel of the hotel is very friendly and homey, and it is not as official and soulless as the big hotel chains. All in all, I would say that we will never forget the experience we had in Zhangjiajie, not only because of the gorgeous scenery, but also because of our amazing host Steven and this hotel.
