First of all, I didn’t realize that Cruz Roja means Red Cross! So, not only you're staying and enjoying your trip, but you’re also helping others at the same time. Secondly, the staff there are amazing people—warm and welcoming. Even though I don’t speak Spanish and they don’t speak English, we were still able to connect and understand each other. The location was perfect for catching an early morning flight since it’s close to the airport. Although, the town itself is quite small. Room was super clean and comfortable. They have AC, wi-fi and provide a tasty breakfast. I would love to stay there again someday.

The service was the best we have experienced on our travels in Colombia. The apartments were new and had extremely comfortable beds and facilities with great aircon to relax after spending time in the Colombian Amazon. Great place and really recommend it!

If you are coming to Puerto Narino you really should stay with them. Believe me, you will not regret :) I wish I will come back one day!

Very good location in a quiet area. The host was so kind and helpful. He allowed us to check in at 9 am and check out at 1 pm on our last day with no extra charge. Homemade breakfast served every morning at 8 am. Free water fill up which is a bonus to not have to buy water. Nice seating area in the lounge as well as an upstairs deck.

The room is very comfortable, the shower has great pressure, there is a large bed and a large tv screen and the fan is great. There is a pool, we didn’t use it but it looked lovely. The food is freshly prepared and delicious. The hotel is new and family run, they are so friendly and helpful. We had an early flight from the airport and they made us a really great breakfast before our departure and even took us to the airport themselves. Book this place, you won’t regret it!

The rooms are comfortable and the hammocks are a great way to unwind after a long day. Leo took us on amazing adventures and when conflicts with scheduling happened, he saw to it that we were well taken care of. He speaks some English and we speak some Spanish, but it was only a small obstacle and it didn’t take away from the tours. Leo is incredibly patient and knowledgeable about the area and Elizabeth is an amazing cook. It felt like they had included us as family during our stay. Thank you for taking such great care of us during our adventure. We would recommend this stay to anyone.
