This recently renovated apartment is located 12 km from Santander Port and 12 km from Santander Festival Palace. The apartment has private entrance. The owner (Mintxu) was super helpful. He gave us a lot of hints for shopping, restaurants and things we could do in the area. He even helped us fixing the tire of our car :-). The place is very cosy and not only looks nice, but it is really well built, thought-through and with great attention to detail. The estate is very green with lots of trees and even features a large garden to take walks. The internet connection is very good and enables working remotely from the apartment.

I could not have asked for more during my two night stay. Not only is the apartment very well located, it is also impeccably designed. But more importantly, it is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and then some. I immediately felt like home and would undoubtedly stay here again if I were to return to Santander!
