A very short walk to the beach, a small tesco a few steps away and the local bus stop right outside the property.

The property has a contemporary bar with local real ales, restaurant, free parking and free WiFi. I was staying alone to break up a long drive south and this was such a nice surprise. Really gorgeous room with so many nice touches and incredibly comfortable. So much character too. The breakfast was also great and all the staff really friendly. A really cool place to stay. Also, even though it’s a pub with rooms it didn’t feel like that. Everything was hotel quality, spotlessly clean and a lot of effort has gone into the rooms so they feel really special.

Situated in the market town of Skipton, on the doorstep of the Yorkshire Dales, The Woolly Sheep Inn has free Wi-Fi and free parking on site. Skipton Castle, which dates back to the 11th century, is less than 10 minutes’ walk away. All the meals we had (breakfast and dinner) were delicious and well presented. It was nice to see management taking the time to train staff.

All 27 en-suite bedrooms have been individually decorated with antique furniture and feature both tea/coffee making facilities and an en-suite bathroom with complimentary toiletries. Excellent stay at clementines. Finished to a high standard. Would definitely recommend!

Lunch and dinner feature star ingredients in classics, interpretations, sharing dishes, and divine desserts. And kids have their own Pearly Calves menu. Afternoon tea is afternoon sea – a very fresh take on this timeless treat. And on Sundays, traditional roasts bring a beautiful close to the week All staff members are friendly and thank you!

Free WiFi and parking on site is available for guests. The breakfast was excellent. We had dinner the first night - very good Excellent bed good pillows, which is very rare at hotels!
