Host greeted us warmly with a glass of planter punch. Helped us book restaurants, find good beaches, book tours...did everything he could to make us comfortable. Breakfast was HUGE. More than we could eat. Only time I've gotten a full pot of coffee and wife got a full pot of tea (and hot milk) and we've travelled the world. Natasha managed to both serve us breakfast and clean our rooms at the same time. (So we went back to a perfect bungalow with clean floors and made beds.) Only five bungalows, so always quiet. Wall and an electronic gate so felt super safe. Beautiful pool (very big and clean) with an attached jacuzzi spa. Birds (including humming birds), a friendly cat, a range of cool bugs and lizards--this was close to nature but with every possible convenience (we had coffee in the room, a microwave, refrigerator, and a stove). Absolutely the nicest place we've been in the Caribbean. Would strongly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Guadeloupe.

The bungalow, one of four in this beautiful landscaped and gated complex, is light and airy and the air conditioning units are a bonus on the very hot days. The owners were really first class always wanting to ensure that their guests really enjoyed their stay; nothing was too much trouble for them. All the owners family supported the operation and all were totally focused on the enjoyment of the guests. Quite simply one could not wish better owners and operational management team in a beautiful and quiet complex.

Featuring a terrace, each air-conditioned suite and bungalow at La Toubana Hotel & Spa has bright, Caribbean-style décor. There is a seating area with a flat-screen TV. Beautiful hotel, on the hill with spectacular views. Our bungalow had its own little private pool and a very private huge garden on the hill. Waking up, we had the view of the sunrise and the ocean from above. The private beach below is small but really beautiful, with comfy beds all over and great food/snacks/drinks.

The pool is big enough to enjoy it. The design of the houses and the improvement made in the garden are peaceful. The place is quiet and kids free, which is quite practical will definitely visit again.
