Beautiful and well maintained hotel with amazing staff. Everything was great and all the staff was exceptional.

Completely renovated in 2018 and enjoying a prime location in the centre of Opatija, Hotel Imperial - Liburnia is just steps away from Slatina beach.

The town of Rijeka, with the Main Train and Bus Station, is 13.5 km away. Rijeka Airport is located at a distance of 39 km. Everything in this hotel was great. Room was clean, staff was very nice, food was so delicious, wellnes zone was nice, clean and calm. It would be great if the parking was free for hotel guests but it's not free anywhere so that's okay. Other than that we were very happy with everything and would like to come back.

The property is 50 metres from the main street, superbly located by the sea. An aperitif bar and a lounge bar are at the guests' disposal. Each room features satellite TV and a bathroom with a bathtub. You can rent sun loungers and beach umbrellas at an extra charge. This was our 3rd stay in Kvarner, always a great experience! Breakfast is outstanding.

Opatija Riviera is located in the Gulf of Kvarner, on the eastern shore of the Istrian Peninsula, where the sea makes its deepest cut into the mainland. If I could sum it up in one sentence – this was the best vacation of my life. The hotel provides a level of service that always exceeds expectations. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, with excellent soundproofing, all the essentials you might need, and an efficient air-conditioning system. Food deserves special thanks to the hotel team. The selection is outstanding, catering to every taste – everything is incredibly fresh, from fruits to desserts. The spacious dining halls with sea views make every meal a delight. Room service could offer a slightly wider menu, but delivery is impressively fast. As for the staff – every single person is professional, attentive, and ready to help in any situation. A special thanks to the management for creating such a high standard of hospitality. Parking. The hotel has a large public parking area nearby, but since the street is narrow, spots fill up quickly. I recommend using the hotel’s underground parking. It is tight, so if you don’t have much driving experience, it’s best to let the staff park the car for you (they kindly do this free of charge). Beach. The location is breathtaking – right on the seafront, with a private beach, crystal-clear water, and amazing marine life for snorkeling. In addition to the private beach, there’s also a pool and access to several public beaches nearby. Infrastructure. Opatija itself is a gem – a charming blend of Austrian, Italian, and Croatian architecture. The city center is beautiful, perfect for strolling and relaxing, with plenty of seaside restaurants. There are also shops, a market, and supermarkets (though parking in town can be a challenge). Prices are, of course, on the “touristy” side. In summary: we will definitely return to this wonderful hotel, the beautiful city of Opatija, and Croatia.

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated VILLA BISER features accommodation with a private beach area and free WiFi. During your stay at this bed and breakfast, you can make use of an indoor pool, as well as a selection of a hot tub and luggage storage space. Magical old world Europe feel property; a true gem! Staying here feels like stepping into the charm of bygone era. Similar in feel to San Remo. The villa has a magical, timeless atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. Sabrina and her team are incredibly warm-hearted so you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The only note is that parking can be a bit tricky in the summer months. I recommend parking opposite the Škola (school); from there, the path to the villa descends just to the right of the metal fence across the street of the school. Situated in Juraši, Casa Perla Holidays features accommodation with private pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. The property has pool and garden views, and is 32 km from Pazin Castle. Outdoor seating allows guests to enjoy the fresh air. The whole stay was just amazing. The house is cosy and the surroundings are beautiful. But the best thing is the owner, Otto and his friends really make you feel like you are at home. We will definitely come back!
