Staff were incredible, we’re really helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Location is a bit out of town but not far enough to be an issue and means you are closer to sunset beach. Hiring a motorbike is a good idea.

The staff is very nice, they helped us with some issues with the boat ticket. They offer several services with a good price: boat tour, laundry, scooter and even private transfers -which we used to go to Bromo. The location is perfect, near to the port but still in a quiet area (other streets in the island can be very noisy with scooters and mosques). The common area is very nice,specially with the dogs. Stephane and his staff were wonderful, the food excellent, and the were attentive and helpful while you still had complete privacy.
