The bedroom was very spacious and clean, built with high-quality, sturdy materials. The decor was beautiful, and the view was amazing. There was a USB charger in the bedroom which was convenient for charge your mobile and camera. Electricity was available 24/7, and the Wi-Fi signal was strong in every room and throughout the resort. The private bathroom was clean, and the water pressure was very strong. The housel reef was stunning—you could spend an entire week exploring it. Highly recommended!!

The property has an outdoor dining area. Great food! Ensuite bathroom and very welcoming staff! I have to give a special mention to the dive shop run by Will and Rufus. I was diving the first week with soul scuba, as I had a reservation and for the last 3 days I switched to turtle dive. Diving with Will and Rufus was just so much cooler and personal. Great rental equipment and they bring you to the good action packed dive spots. It was amazing, so if diving is your top priority in Raja Ampat dont hesitate and dive with Turtle.

Located in Besir in the West Papua region, Indos Homestay-Raja Ampat features a terrace and sea views. The property was built in 2022 and has accommodation with a balcony. The accommodation features full-day security and private check-in and check-out for guests. This homestay on Besir island is ideally located near several interests spots in Raja Ampat. The place is calm, only two cabins on the water, connected to a village full of charm. The utilities are on the beach, near the owner's house. It's very clean and has everything required to answer basic needs. Regarding the rooms, mosquito net on the bed, fan, electricity at night, blankets, hammock, sunbed and basic furnitures. All the meals (included in the reservation) are served to your cabin, they vary and are prepared by an great cook! So everything is tasteful and good. No connection except if you get a SIM card on arrival at Sorong's airport but deconnection is great. It's easy to communicate with the owner who speaks well English (rare in Raja Ampat) and he tries his best for you to have the best stay possible. Him and his family are super nice and welcoming while respecting your privacy. I came with a friend and we stayed 3 full days, we had an amazing time there and we can only recommend this place. All the activities we've done through them were memorable, we had a lot of fun. Have a good holiday there!

A good location for a relaxing stay in Fam, Fam Homestay is a homestay surrounded by views of the sea. The property features a private beach area, open-air bath and private parking among other facilities. With quiet street views, this accommodation provides a balcony. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. This place looks so beautiful, the family have created such a beautiful, place with shells and driftwood decorating everything, we loved it. The food was incredible and the room was very comfy. The house reef was beautiful and we saw mantas straight from our room! Thank you so much for such a beautiful stay.

Oh, and I forgot their two sweet dogs Ringo & Dingo 🐾🐾 Owners are very helpful and speak several languages so easy to communicate with them. Internet is sometimes a bit unstable so take that into account when expecting speedy replies (sometimes it just doesn’t work and patience is a good thing to have). The food - home style cooking (breakfast, lunch and dinner are all cooked by the owner and her team and she is a great cook; we loved every meal which was perfectly catered to our vegetarian / pescatarian wishes) The rooms are close to nature as well, with very comfy beds (we stayed in both the smaller and the biggest family room, which easily fits 3 respectively 4 people; the 3rd bed in the smaller room has a wonderful treehouse feeling and there is a bunkbed in the biggest room). Hard to capture the beauty of the rooms in just one picture (I took several but could only post one here with my review). You can hear the sea and birds from your bedroom. It’s right next to you. No frills, just natural materials, which we loved. Also no warm water, but easily to get used to. There’s a shower and mandi style shower. Also your own toilet. Plus the blue blue sea right at your doorstep and a lovely sitting area with a hammock to complete the zen-feeling. There’s a long jetty into the sea with a perfect spot for exercise/meditation/yoga at the end. Fitness with a view! It’s quiet and feels very private. You instantly feel relaxed here. Different excursions to choose from, both on land and on/under the sea. Please note: these come at an extra cost and Raja Ampat area is not cheap!!!! Family is very kind, friendly and helpful. Bungalows are spacious and clean with large terraces. Blacktip sharks are frequent visitors, especially earlier in the morning. And there is a great sunset deck (also a spot with the best signal). I would definitely recommend this place!
