The location was in the Knock Town centre, ideal.

Croagh Patrick Lodge Apartment features sea views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Westport, 8.8 km from Clew Bay Heritage Centre. The property has mountain and garden views, and is 10 km from Westport Train Station. Guests can make use of outdoor furniture if they wish to dine or sit outside. The apartment was immaculate on arrival and the layout all on one level suited us (and Sadie the whippet) down to the ground. The living room was very cosy indeed and we made use of the log burner with a few drinks in hand before heading into Westport for dinner (only a 10/15 minute drive). The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were beautiful with the comfiest of beds! Right at the foot of Croagh Patrick the views are stunning to the rear and also to the front looking out onto Clew Bay. The location was ideal for our day trips down through Doolough out to Connemara. Pubs within walking distance, but Westport is just so handy to take all number of pubs and amazing restaurants in. Linda was a great host and we all felt so at ease during our stay in Murrisk

The host was very kind and helped us with our clothes. Everything was nice and clean, and especially for the price we can recommend the accommodation. It was one of the best on our round trip in Ireland.

Located next to Ashford Castle, The Lodge at Ashford Castle is set on 10 acres of grounds, overlooking Lough Corrib in Cong. Dating back to 1845, this contemporary country house hotel boasts free WiFi and free parking. Bed/pillows were very comfy. Dinner and breakfast were wonderful. Loved walking the grounds. We did a HawkWalk and shot clay pigeons--both very fun. Instructors were very informative
