Our hosts were so kind and very responsive to our requests. We went during the off season so basically had the whole site to ourselves. We were able to relax and enjoy our surroundings throughout our entire stay.

Great spot with beautiful views. Very comfortable pod with lots of extras. Extremely well designed. Very quiet. We had great weather so really enjoyed the sunset and views out over the Atlantic. The apartment was immaculate on arrival and the layout all on one level suited us (and Sadie the whippet) down to the ground. The living room was very cosy indeed and we made use of the log burner with a few drinks in hand before heading into Westport for dinner (only a 10/15 minute drive). The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were beautiful with the comfiest of beds! Right at the foot of Croagh Patrick the views are stunning to the rear and also to the front looking out onto Clew Bay. The location was ideal for our day trips down through Doolough out to Connemara. Pubs within walking distance, but Westport is just so handy to take all number of pubs and amazing restaurants in. Linda was a great host and we all felt so at ease during our stay in Murrisk

We had such a lovely stay at Majella’s home. We are bike packers and were able to keep our bicycles secure in her garage. Her guest room was very generous in size and we were able to stretch out and relax whilst taking in the beautiful views of the surrounding hills from the large windows. The bathroom was huge and very clean. Majella left us ample products for breakfast including delicious fruit and yoghurt as well as cereal and bread for roasting.

Staff coordinated among each other like a well tuned team so kudos You never have to ask twice Fabulous food on the lodge and restaurants 10/10 Especially having stayed in other hotels this trip I can easily say this is THE BEST
