This is a room in a house set up for room rental located in a highway. As such: it was amazing! We liked the parking space availability (we got to park in the house area) and the way the rooms are set up independently and how modern the decor is. Truly they had everything we needed for our short 1 night stay on the way to Rome for half the price of a Rome stay! That was awesome. Rooms were comfortable with large tv and comfy bed and big room and big bathroom. Truly everything we needed. Also we had a major issue with an ant infestation around some leftovers, and they were able to react quickly and get the whole issue under control. They had the cleaning crew over and they took care of it to our satisfaction.

Welcoming hosts, everything was simple from check-in to breakfast located at a cafe around the corner. Very comfortable and has everything you need. Perfect place for bikers as secure parking. Especially perfect if arriving late by Ferry.

Initially we chose this property because of its proximity to Fiumicino but it turned out that it was perfect for a beach break as well. The property was a short bus ride from the airport has managed by a wonderful host who also lives in the complex. She made our short day, feel very welcomed and comfortable, providing us with a recommendation for restaurant late in the evening and assisting us the next day with getting our bus tickets back to the airport.
