They are housed in a historical building in Bergamo, 150 metres from the Carrara Academy and the GAMEC Art Museum. I liked the self check-in alternative after reception closure because we arrived late. Very clean and nice location. I liked that the staff was very responsive to help us dealing with problems from train strike during our trip to the location I like that we could place our luggages in a specific room to not hold them during our city walk. I like that the communication with the staff was smooth and quick even though there was weekend.
