Awesome hotel, excellent location, adorable view. The hotel staff from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeepers is perfect. Anything I asked for I get it ASAP. Some rooms have a balcony and small kitchenette. Location is perfect — in historical center, close to everything. Room was very clean and warm. And we were allowed to check in early. Thank you!

Hotel La Terrazza RESTAURANT & SPA boasts a beautiful view of a green Umbrian valley, which looks even more enchanting as the sun rises in the morning. It has the best pool on our travels to date. They let us check in really early. The room had an amazing view over the Umbria Valley. On the morning we left they let us start our breakfast 30 minutes early.

Set within a renovated medieval building in the heart of Orvieto, Palazzo Piccolomini is a 4-star hotel a 5-minute walk from the Cathedral. Rooms successfully mix classical design with modern comforts. The kindness of the staff was the most important asset of the hotel. Everyone from the lady at the reception, the colleague who took away our car to park it, the gentleman who was serving at breakfast (and also brought our car from the parking) were really nice and helpful. I liked the smell inside the hotel, bed was comfortable, bathroom was new and fully functional and breakfast was surprisingly complete for Italy, everything to suit anyone’s taste. Location was top, near everything and also valet parking was very useful.

Set in Orvieto, the recently renovated Orvieto Residence features accommodation 1.7 km from Duomo Orvieto and 18 km from Civita di Bagnoregio. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage space, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The accommodation offers airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. We stayed just for one night but we can imagine to stay longer. The apartment was modern, clean, spacious and well equipped. We appreciate we could check in at night hours. It is a good location for visiting historical centre of Orvieto. The breakfast was arranged in the nearby café.

This bed and breakfast features a pool with a view, a garden and free private parking. The bed and breakfast offers mountain views, a sun terrace, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. I liked everything, beautiful location in the middle of the Umbria countryside. Well maintained holiday farm, comfortable and clean room, beautiful pool with view of the valley. Excellent breakfast and service, Nicola super nice and friendly manager who gave us helpful advices. Well located, only half hour to Perugia, 40 minutes to Assisi which is very worth visiting. Marsciano, only 10 minutes driving also offers excellent restaurants. I highly recommend this place and I would love to go back there again.

Affittacamere La Mattonata is offering accommodation in Città di Castello. It is located 41 km from Piazza Grande and provides a lift. The guest house features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. Check in was very easy. The shower was excellent—we’re hiking the Via di Francesco. Lovely stay.
