We haven't had any issues with the natural noise of waterfall and felt asleep as soon as our heads touched pillows. The house is simple yet comfortable. The hot water might have been a bit hotter though. Breakfast and dinner were fine. People working there are nice and friendly.

The breakfast was not only delicious but also generously portioned. The large pool was perfect for children to enjoy. We can ask delicious local breakfast based on our preferences, and the owner's coffee was simply outstanding. Essentials like bath towels and toilet paper were provided. The property was a wildlife haven, with two adorable dogs and frequent visits from monkeys, birds, and squirrels. Convenience was key—supermarkets, restaurants, and beaches were all within walking distance. The motorbike rental service significantly expanded my exploration possibilities. His warm family—always smiling and incredibly kind—made the stay truly memorable. His mom even cooked curry for us. It was delicious. An unexpected delight was discovering the owner, Amila, speaks fluent Japanese. He generously shared insights about Sri Lankan culture, making this more than just a accommodation, but a cultural experience. Highly recommended!

The breakfast is very good. The host provided VEG breakfast for us, even though VEG food was difficult to find in Mirissa. The location is very near the beach. They have a friend with TukTuk who helped us to roam the nearby areas in a good rate. They have a good maintained swimming pool. The reception cum lounge area is accessible throughout the day and has refrigerator and kitchen facilities with table chair sets.

The accommodation is very clean, comfortable and has air conditioning, fridge, mosquito net, hair dryer and shampoo. It's about a 7 minute walk to the beach, same to the city on the main street. It's about half an hour to coconut tree hill. The host communicated with us via Booking and responded quickly, when we needed a ride in heavy rain to the center of the main street (around the corner basically), he took us by tuktuk free of charge. Our host recommended a company for a whale watching trip. The host lent us a spoon when we bought yoghurt at the accommodation and didn't realise we didn't have cutlery. Breakfast was big and tasty. Great value for the price, helpful host, very nice and clean accomodation. Good wifi.

It is a homestay but has all the facilities you would expect from an expensive beach resort. Greeted us with a welcome drink. They are maintaining the place really well. Dinner was good at a reasonable price with a sea view. The host arranged us a tuk-tuk to reach the town and helped us to exchange the currency. I would recommend this place to everyone.
