Breakfast and dinner were plentiful and delicious. Watching the sunset from the property was phenomenal as was the sunrise the following morning. The balcony walk begins right at the property and hence we were the first ones on the trail. Sadly there are only 3 rooms and I expect soon it will be difficult to get a reservation once word gets out how wonderful it is.

Wonderful hospitality from Ibrahim and family, including a wonderful home cooked meal. Ibrahim super knowledgeable about area and a variety of guided options available to guests. We will definitely be back for longer and with friends!

From the Inn it’s a short drive to Misfah La Abriyyin, which is definitely worth a visit.

The place also has a lovely sitting area and a kitchen. Everything so nice and clean. Mahmood, the owner, was very welcoming and helpful and we had along with other guests a really good time there. I would've definitely extended my stay if I had the chance but unfortunately I had to leave. Regarding rhe surroundings, so much to see and explore. And the area where the hostel is located is very peaceful and very close to the shops and restaurants

Located in the village of Misfat Al- Abriyeen in the state of Al-Hamra, Al Misfah Hospitality Inn is about 200 kilometers away from Muscat.

Its a restored ancient house overlooking the green palm groves and situated at the top of the house the famous Rogan Castle built more than 1500 years ago. The location is fabulous, rooms are clean and comfortable. The price is inclusive of dinner, breakfast and a guided tour of the family museum. There was a good spread for both meals. The dining area has fabulous views and comfortable seating, both down on cushions or on tables. The museum tour is brilliant and gives a deep insight of the life, joys and struggles faced in the past.

Nomad Inn Nizwa is situated in Nizwa. It is set 300 metres from Nizwa Fort and features luggage storage space. The accommodation offers airport transfers, while a car rental service is also available.

Muscat International Airport is 146 km from the property. I got upgraded to the nearby Bait Almuallem that's owned by the same owners. It is an absolutely stunning room and 400 year old building, formerly a teacher's home that was partially restored. Communication with the staff before and during the visit was very good. The location is ideal - in the old town, with Nizwa Fort only a 3-5 minute walk away and the Souq a 5-8 minute walk away. The building has terrace access with a panoramic view of Nizwa Fort and the city wall. The room comes with a refrigerator and water and plenty of power outlets. Also, very importantly, the air conditioning was very strong. Breakfast is at the nearby Niz Cafe and was very good (traditional Omani meal). Shukran, Adnan, and team for a great stay!
