Perfect for our family of 4. Great location with beautiful views overlooking the creek. Nice breakfast and the room itself was clean, large and comfortable.

Multiple dining locations, Elvis' music everywhere, daily screening of Elvis' films + specials in the TV, daily live music, the staff was great and friendly. Great vibe in the whole hotel! Loved everything!

Nestled between the Tennessee River and the foothills of Appalachia sits The Hotel Chalet. Anchor to the iconic Chattanooga Choo Choo, the hotel offers an air of nostalgia replete with first class accommodations. Stayed here for two nights while visiting Chattanooga. The hotel's location simply can't be beat, it is within easy walking or driving distance of a great number of amazing sights, restaurants, bars, breweries, et c. The hotel itself was recently renovated and the room I stayed in – half of a former train car – was immaculate and felt very luxurious. While there's no traditional breakfast service the café in the lobby sells coffee and pastries. Parking was easy to find right outside the entrance. Every member of staff I interacted with was super helpful and friendly. Next time I'm in Chattanooga, I'd love to stay here again.
