I was using crutches at the time, and was having trouble going up the stairs, so they help my carry my things upstairs and help me get up there, then they told me to just stay at this floor and they would bring me food so I didn’t have to use the stairs an unnecessary amount of time. Absolutely amazing. Be aware of roaming, sweet and cuddly cats ;)

Big plus is the staff that help with everything. Rented a semi-automatic scooter with them to do the loop solo. They helped me plan it, were flexible on extending while on the loop and booked all I needed for my return to Hanoi.

There might be a language barrier but they try their best to to help and they have been really very helpful. They call drivers for you, guide you, walk you out if you’re lost, drive you, etc. • Location is perf! Just a few minutes from the market. It maybe near the market but still very quiet. • wifi is fast!

The accommodation features free WiFi throughout the property, as well as a terrace and a family-friendly restaurant. We loved the friendliness of the hosts Chang and Hiam. They really made sure we had a great time especially on our motorcycle loop tour which was a private ride and only 2 days because that’s all we had time for in our itinerary. Even though normally this tour is done in 3-4 days, they made sure that we were able to do it completely. It was the best adventure we’ve ever done in all of our travels and that was made possible by our lovely hosts. The drivers were really safe and good drivers even when we had to go a bit faster. Hiam also cooked us dinners two night and Chang brought us back local beer. The even had nice cats and an adorablely sweet puppy Our family is half Vietnamese and our mom chatted away with the hosts and they would switch between Vietnamese and English. They’re the friendliest people we’ve met so far, we’ll definitely be back when we come to Ha Giang!!

He saw that I had crashed my bike and immediately helped me with my bags. Prepared hot water in the room and then took me to the hospital to be cleaned up and then drove me back. Amazing place amazing family. 10 stars. Joseph
