The spa, pools, rooms and restaurant was beautifully decorated and made us feel instantly at home. We had the sauna and pools to ourselves, never felt too crammed in a space. It was a proper treat! The food was incredible - plenty of food vegan and non vegan options. Breakfast buffet, lunch buffet and 4 course meal at dinner. There's a garage where you can park your car. Ried im Zillertal is a small, calm town. We went to see Krimml Waterfalls and Sigmund Thun Klamm during our stay and were always eager to get back to this place and chill while looking at the mountains.Guest review byMartaFamily with young children

And most importantly super nice staff, both in the restaurant and reception. In addition, a large indoor swimming pool with hot water, which was appreciated by my son :) and a Finnish sauna, which I enjoyed. We had the opportunity to spend New Year's Eve in this hotel and we really enjoyed the multi-course dinner and live music. The Hochzillertal ski area is reachable within a few minutes by car or ski bus. The hotel definitely deserves 4*Guest review byJacekFamily with young children
