Everything. Mesmerizing property, amazing location, mostly nice food, the pools, lovely personnel, the manager is always on site and super kind, the excursions are great and the rangers are very very good and fun. This is a real treat, the attention to detail is unique, the beauty of the hotel is unforgettable. One of a kind.

EVERYTHING was amazing: incredible views of the mountains, wonderful staff, excellent facilities & swimming pool, plenty of space for taking a walk inside & outside the hotel. Btw, even if the famous overpriced Explorer hotel had the same price, I would still choose Rio Serrano. Explorer hotel is more annoying to get to (longer drive thru the park on bad roads), more depressing secluded location, long walk from the parkin spot.

The. View from the superior room was stunning. Breakfast buffet was first class, full of options and great quality of products and exquisite food preparation. Personnel was great. Favio made the best pisco sour. The tour facility in the hotel was great with their maquette laying out the park and on-hand explanation. The swimming pool and sauna along with hot drinks available were superb The horse let out free ton run and for you to enjoy the view was fun and enjoyable.

The location is great. Right at the entrance of the park so much easier access to areas within the park such as the Cuernos view point and Lago Grey. However Las Torres is a bit further away, maybe around 1.5hrs drive each way. The hotel has all the amenities like a spa, swimming pool etc. I also had a stomach issue and the restaurant made a nice accommodation for making an outside of the menu items. Overall very attentive and caring.

excellent hotel near Torres del Paine National Park, with friendly staff, cozy and clean rooms, interesting activities offered (horse-riding, Grey glacier,...), healthy and rich breakfast and meals in general, amazing wellness area (2 sauna, heated swimming pool)... it's not cheap, but it's really worth it

This place is a little gem with the most impressive view, comfy rooms, welcoming and attentive staff, and wonderful cuisine. The swimming pool in the spa area is warm (just not a hot tub), and benefits from a nice view and pool massage beds. The hotel is conveniently located at the entrance of the national park and you can access it with a normal car.
