CanadaStaff was really kind and accommodating, hotel was nice and quiet we had a great sleep! Pillows and bed were very comfy and a delicious morning breakfast made by marisol to top it off.

AustraliaBreakfast was delicious, and dinner was so nice as well. We loved the lake and the Victoria Amazonia. (Giant water Lily). They have some great spots for kids to play and a great natural pool. Chlorine free. The staff are very helpful, friendly and informative. They have a couple of boats and kayaks to use on the lake and we saw a Chocuaco, the famous bird.
