Hotel located on a farm with vineyards, very beautiful villas, renovated and well equipped and with wonderful views. Very attentive and friendly staff, always attentive to your needs. Very good swimming pool and excellent breakfast. I recommend anyone to visit Zakynthos.

The accommodation is fantastic! We have been to many places in the world, but this was one of the most beautiful. Renting a car is definitely necessary, otherwise it is difficult to get around. Christine, the host, is friendly and kind. There was food and drink waiting for us in the fridge, and he gave us a gift when we left. Important!: it is worth booking on the hotel's website, because the price is significantly better, and the booking was incorrect with us during the booking, which was very annoying.

Lovely rural location in the olive groves, next to the farm. Short walk to some restaurants, or a drive to the leeda's village complex. Rustic feel but all we needed, loved chilling by the pool in the hammock. Various wildlife such as donkeys and peacocks 😂

- all hotel employees are very kind, welcoming and always at the disposal of the customers. I received a lot of useful information about the island and the activities that can be done there. They arranged a private boat tour for us (thank you, Maria!) - the rooms are very clean. Cleaning is done daily - the hotel's location is perfect: very close to the airport (5 minutes by car); very close to Laganas and a starting point to all the attractions of the island - the hotel has free parking next to the hotel - I received a free room upgrade, with a view of the hills. Also, in the room I received from the hotel a beach bag with beach towels, a bottle of wine, a traditional dessert, daily bottles of water and at check out I received a gift set with spices, olives and olive oil. It is a very nice gesture from them, and this shows how much attention they pay to their customers - varied breakfast, especially sweets, jams, yogurt - very nice pool area A special thank you for Marelee!

Hotel was extremly clean and well mantained . The hotel was surrounded by a beautiful garden with a swimming pool. Everything was brand new .The bed and the pilows were very good.The towels were very clean without any spot. The long beach was at 5 minutes walk from the hotel.If you rent a car you can go around the island and see amazing beaches with crystalclear water. Many thanks to Maria who is the owner of the hotel and to her housband who immediatelly helped me any time I requested something. I highly recommend to everybody this beautiful apartment hotel.

Pretty much everything! Super clean and modern rooms with up to date furniture. Keycard system super high tech. Cleaning staff precise and fast! Reception is super kind and helpful, location is perfect. Breakfast was good enough. Shower by the pool had good water pressure. Loved our stay there! This hotel should be 4 starts, not 3!

    Very friendly, helpful and caring staff, nice infrastructure: new bed linen, nice terrace, good air conditioning, nice swimming pool, diving school, sun-beds and sun-umbrellas at the beach, boats and kayaks to rent, great food and friendly staff at the bar and in the restaurant. Daily cleaning of the room and frequent change of towels and bed linen. Nice family atmosphere with lots of care. Short walk to Cameo island.

    The house is amazing and offers all you need. The owners are super friendly and are super helpful to get you to nice places like restaurants and others. During our stay, they also completely cleaned the house once, including all towels. This is something you won't see other villas do. This gives you a really luxurious feeling and is much appreciated. Every day the swimming pool is cleaned. We highly recommend the villa, and we would like to come back!

    I really loved the location. It is remote, between olive trees. It is Very quiet. It has a pretty big private yard and a nice swimming pool. I also loved the cootage house. Everybody is very polite and helpful.

    We booked the budget rooms. They were bigger than they looked in the photos, which was good. We had access to the main hotel's swimming pools and breakfast. The breakfast buffet was awesome; English breakfast, Continental breakfast, yoghurts, fruit, sweets, pancakes; there was a selection of everything. There was a supermarket just opposite and a tavern almost next door. Also the beach was nearby.

    An isolated villa in a beautiful landscape with a swimming pool, but near to all the places to enjoy the beautiful beaches and sea, to rent a boat/bike/quad, to have fun. The owners are extremely kind and friendly.

    What I liked most about this hotel was the fact that I had the sea and a very lovely swimming pool right there. I also enjoyed the breakfast on the terrasse by the sea, the dinners at the restaurant with an amazing view over the sea and the city lights, the live concerts twice a week, the spacious balcony of my room with sea view, the beautiful garden, the friendly staff. The fact that they organize sunset boat cruises with their own boats and other sport activities is definitely a plus!
