The swimming pool is great, the room is ok, however, the front desk lady made our checkout a bad experience. This is my 3rd in this hotel, and also the first time I've been dismissed in a rude way for a request to use the hotel swimming pool after the checkout. I didn't ask for kindness of any kind, but it's a norm for someone to go to the pool after checkout, to be dismissed in such a rude way was a bad experience.
