Houseboat Zaindari Palace is in a very good location quiet part of Dal Lake with a mountain view. The rooms are spacious and the washrooms are super clean. Management is also very helpful. The breakfast and dinner are tasty The staff are friendly, and give honest advice about tour/bus/travel itineraries and costs. I would definitely recommend this place:)

The LaLit Grand Palace was originally built in 1910 for the royal family. It now provides luxurious rooms with views of Dal Lake and the beautiful gardens.

Family room that we used was very spacious - twin rooms with a king bed and a TV unit in each room. A big shout out to the food and beverage team (F&B) for their hospitality and spread of choices in breakfast as well as dinners. Very courteous staff too.

Staff was incredibly hospitable and lovely! They were there for every requirement and at our beck and call. Well trained and honest. The location was a little away from the main city but the staff was always ready to book a rickshaw for us and suggest good tourist spots.

My stay at Orchard with my parents was like, the best thing ever! The rooms were sooo comfy, and the view outside was like, WOW! They had everything – games, books, a cool pool, and spa. And guess what? The 'Kahwa' drink they gave us was so yummy, I can't stop thinking about it! But you know what made Orchard super cool? The staff! made the yummiest food ever, especially the Kashmiri Pulav – it was like a party in my tummy! I don't usually write a review comment, but Kashmir was too pretty, and the people were so nice! Orchard is my new fav place, and I totally tell everyone to go there! And, Tanveer uncle, our cab driver, was like a superhero! He took us everywhere for 9 whole days – Gulmarg, Pahalgam, Sonemarg – it was like a dream! I'm a 12-year-old girl, and this trip was the absolute BEST! 😄✨
